ZoomSwitch Trainer – Training Adapter Switch for Wireless and Corded Headsets.

With a wireless training adapter switch, managers and supervisors can move freely and accomplish other tasks while they listen-in and monitor an employees calls.

This adapter will also allow employees to train with a second person monitoring and not sacrifice mobility.

Setup is quick and easy. Plug the wireless headset unit into the adapter for normal one on one conversations. When a second headset (corded OR wireless)is plugged into the adapter, either or both microphones can be muted with the push of a button.

There are several configurations options available: Two connected wireless headsets, one wireless and one corded headset, or two corded units.
