Upon the customer making a qualified purchase The Headset Team will email customers (within a business day in most cases) instructions on how to complete the online claim form to receive your Rebate. You must complete the online claim form.

When customers place an order a proof of purchase order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided when the customer placed their qualified product order. You will need this when you complete the online claim form.
