Plantronics and Avaya have transitioned the AWH55 to the Plantronics CS540/APV-63 EHS Adapter or Plantronics CS540/APV-66 EHS Adapter depending on which Avaya phone you are connecting to.

(Posted 2010) In June 2010 Avaya & Plantronics discontinued the AWH55+ and replaced it with the Plantronics CS55 System + either the APV-6A or the APV-6B EHS Cable depending on your Avaya phone model.

The Headset Team has special CS55 + EHS Combo Packages for our customers in which you receive (1) Headset System and (1) EHS Cable which are available by clicking on the buttons/links below. Of course, you can also order the items separately.

We strongly suggest not purchasing the AWH55+ any longer as it was discontinued in June 2010 and the batteries may be getting old compared to the CS55.
